Hi, I’m Carly!
I have always had a deep love for planning, organizing, and making things run perfectly. I am the person my friends and family turn to when something needs to come together, whether it is scouting the best restaurant for a group dinner or putting together a detailed itinerary for a trip. I have always been the one in the room with the plan, and planning is not just something I do. It is genuinely who I am!
With a professional background in corporate event coordination in the beauty industry and four years as a marketing tech program manager, I have spent my career making sure complex moving parts come together seamlessly. I know how to keep everything on track and anticipate problems before they happen, no matter what gets thrown my way.
But it was planning my own wedding from scratch that truly changed everything. I handled every single detail myself and completely fell in love with every second of the process. When it was all over, the kind words from friends and family meant the world to me, and their encouragement to do this professionally was all I needed to take the leap. Well, I finally listened!
Planned by McMahon was born from that experience. I started this business because I believe every couple deserves to be fully present on the most important day of their lives, without worrying about a single detail. That is exactly what I am here for!
